Where do you operate?
We operate in Salzburg and St. Gilgen on Lake Wolfgang. There we offer fully furnished apartments for short- and long-term stays.
What is the difference between daily and monthly rentals?
With daily rental, you can book the accommodation flexibly for individual days or shorter stays. Monthly rental is available from a minimum rental period of one month and is based on a rental agreement.
Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. Our apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready. This includes, among other things, a fully equipped kitchen, living and sleeping areas, and the essentials for everyday use.
What cancellation policy applies to daily rentals?
For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, the booking amount is refunded 100%. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund is possible.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, dogs are very welcome. We’re dog owners ourselves and love having four-legged guests.
For pets, we charge a surcharge of €65 per stay. This covers the additional cleaning effort so the apartment can be thoroughly cleaned and handed over odor-free for the next guests.
Simply add your pet directly when booking using the “Pet” option. The surcharge will then be applied automatically.
